2. Delivery Coverage

Fragrance Fusion currently ships nationwide throughout South Africa.

At this time, international shipping is not available. Customers outside South Africa may contact us directly for special shipping inquiries.


3. Shipping Options & Fees

Standard Shipping

  • Standard delivery fee: R160

  • Free standard shipping on qualifying orders above R2500

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–7 business days

Express Shipping

  • Express shipping options may become available in the future

  • Estimated delivery timeframe (where available): 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day

  • During promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Inner packaging

    • Product condition

Lost Parcels

If your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the courier company.

Resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier’s process.

Delayed Deliveries

Although delays may occur outside our control, we will do our best to assist and provide updates where possible.

If you receive:

please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel with:

  • Photos of the received items

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless:
